I was jogging fine for the last 3 or 4 months with with the ocassional ache from my right knee which has always given me problems since i had dislocated+cartilige damage on it in my school days as a rugby player.
I went to see two doctors this past week and they cant find anythng wrong with both knees. They have seen the x-rays of both knees and they say they are the healthiest looking knees they have ever seen.
I do the proper warm up/streching before running and after. I have even baught a new pair of running shoes for the hard tar and pavement surface i run on.
My good knee was fine all day today untill about an hour ago when I felt a sharp stinging pain when going up the stairs. The pain is on the outer part of my knee around and under the knee-cap.
The funny thing is my bad knee isnt giving me problems.
Could somebody please explain what this is and why its happening? Im taking calceum and Chondroitin and it seems to help a little.

hmm, as a specialist in knees, and joints in general, (I won’t give you the scientific name because I think it’s pretentious) I would recommend removal of the left arm. Obviously this won’t fix the knee,, but you will be in so much pain from the removal of your left arm, it won’t matter so much.
First if your good knee is hurting, you probably just arent noticing the pain you have come to deal with in your bad one. Second our body has a way of putting more preasure, strain and weight on the healthier one. You are probably just using it more without really knowing it and it is catching up. Give your self a break. Keep stretching and try some low impact until it is better or resloved.
Actually because it is at our lowest or between part of our leg.So, whenever we fall down it will always hurt our leg. Do you want to know how i am experience in this. Actually i also always get hurt.
For the bad one and so it hurts.
