What TV channels can I find competitive Rugby on?

I recently joined a city league rugby team and was suggested by my coach to start watching rugby on TV. Unfortunately I have no clue as to what channels provide this sport.

I live in South California, and have Charter Digital as my provider. I’m sure channel’s won’t work so If you define the “TITLE” of the channel, I’m sure a quick search at Google will find my channel for my provider.
