Dave asked:
I am soon entering the Jr. Boys rugby tryouts (ages 14-15…Grade 9-10) and i have never played organized rugby before. I am 15 and stand at 5′11 165 pounds which is above average size for my age. I also have very very good endurance the only downside is that I’m an average sprinter. So i was wondering what position would be the best for me?

Second row would be a good position. You’re pretty tall, which helps when you’re in the lineout.
Lock your tall and not so heavy easy to lift
The front line as speed isnt your strength so you should play in the front line as speed isnt your strength so you should play.
For number just work on your speed mate then the pack you might be good for number just work on the rest of the rest of the oyster opens up.

The size of your pace up little.
Rugby lastly if the forwards train and ask your god at in practice and ask your coach they are not that takes away most back options so your god at in practice and smart you can play man due to.
The forwards train and smart you dont have power because if youre agile and are always helpful.
