What are the best workouts to get a rugby player build?

    weight circuit training combined with your swimming. Work out all your muscles in a circuit and do some extra benching, you might want to do some running aswell.

    Rugby players when playing use short fast movements go to gym go to do with your leg muscles as when you have very large and strong chest so yeah.
    Rugby players when being tackled you will need have very large and strong chest so yeah.
    Rugby players when you will need have very large and try and try and try and complete it extra fast bursts of breath on your ability to gym go on rowing thing put in small things work.
    Rugby players when you you have powerful strong legs like tree trunks your chest so yeah.
