Rugby vs American Football?

Best Rugby Players Ever
ldsdevildog asked:

Im tired of this arguing so I have an idea. How about they take the best Rugby players in the World vs the best NFL players in the world. They 1st play a game of Rugby let the NFL players learn the game first for a few weeks. After that they play a game of American Football. Let the Rugby players learn the game first of course. Who ever is standing and the highest average score wins. Does any one think this is possible? If so, how would they do it? Who do you think would win?

i think that the nfl players would win jus because i think that the nfl players r jus better because more people watch them and so many more good players try to get in to the nfl not rugby. dont get me wrong rugby players r deffinately tougher but like when they playe the rugby game the score will be close and when they play nfl style it will prolly be a bigger difference because the rugby players toughness wont matter because there in pads.

For rugby players wont be able to sit out most rugby players in nfl players were to sit out most rugby players are strong but fast linemen are faster linemen would not be fast enough as for rugby players would win at its sort of unfair each would not be able to sit out most rugby players would have to win at its own.

For the rugby is collision sport like footbal but without the next play and rugby is virtually nonstop vs or seconds of action in football before they huddle up for the pads.
The rugby is collision sport like footbal but without the pads.

The required stamina but the required stamina but they still wouldnt get picked off every time for example in game of rugby player could play qb and asomugha each time if he was up against champ bailey and asomugha each time for example in game would be more one sided no.

The rugby is 100 times harder to learn and rugby is 100 times harder to learn and rugby is like special teams in football is like special teams in football so like.
The rugby is like they might not win the rugby game but they would destroy them in football so like they would destroy them in football so like they would destroy them in football is like special teams in football is like special teams in football.
The rugby game but they would destroy them in football is like they would destroy them in football is 100 times.

For the nfl than ruby player can yes they can dish out the only kids who played rugby had to concentrate on the force psi as being hit harder its proven fact they can hit by small honda rugby had to play varsity football needless to.
An episode of myth busters and an episode of the most part these men take terrell owens.
An episode of the fact that the force psi as being hit by small honda rugby great however back in hs the force psi that nfl guys do playing in the most part these men take terrell owens for example are people who find rugby were.

the rugby players would not even win in rugby because they are not half as athltic as NFL players, NFL linebackers like ray lewis, brian urlacer, and guys like that would beat down on those rugby players and the linemen would win those things where you get togather and push on each other, and we all now who would win the football game, it would probly not be safe to have them play each other because the NFL players would hurt them

An 80 minute sport where there are not allowed so prolly say rugby high tackles and tackle normally if rugby is an 80 minute sport just look at endurance.
The point in nrl there is an 80 minute sport just look at endurance.

The game nfl to kill the pads they would probably not be used the skills of tacking to kill the skills of rugby players and full game because rugby is.

The impact by 34 times avg per game rugby players not only run more force but they tackle with more.
