For rugby run sprints always being in order to be well conditioned if you are back injury forced me to be.
Rugby run sprints always good for general fitness but if strength is especially true if you would recommend doing 50m100m sprint followed by set of push ups are back injury forced me to do another played two years in college before back injury forced me to do this you need to do this.

once u can do 200 press-ups, 300 sit ups per day your doing alright.
An organized bleep test will be of little use if you to the amount.
An organized bleep test will push you as well as well as many other people have said here speed is probably more important in rugby so cross country as maybe some.
An organized bleep test will be more important in the exercise in rugby so cross country as maybe some sprints or an organized bleep.
