How long does it take to get good at rugby?

I want to start playing rugby, I’m 14 and some kids started playing when they were about 9. I feel like i am way behind and that its too late for me to start playing. So i was wonderin how long does it take to get good at it.

    Rugby is you then ask are serious about rugby because what have mentioned is you tube videos train practice and ask are serious about rugby like any contact sports depends on much you will be found by someone sooner.

    Its never to late my friend !

    in regards to getting good at it, i have been playing for nearly 15 years and i am still learning new things and tricks, its the same as any sport as long as you give it 120% and play with heart it wont matter !!!
