Practice spinning the ball in the air and catching it?

Get a car tyre or a huge bit of wood and cut holes out of the wood and then hang it up from a tree or something. Practice getting the ball through the holes. Go back further and further each time to help.

you can pass it up-wards and catch it again. you can also change hand positioning to strengthen your weak side.

I would suggest you find two old tyres and hang them up from trees, a couple of metres apart. You will need to hang each tyre up by two pivot points (on opposite sides of the tyres) as they will twist if you only hang them by one and that will annoy you.

Make sure the tyres are at the height you want to pass the ball at otherwise you will practice bad habits, and that the tyres are oriented so the ball can go through both of them.

You should then practice passing the ball through both tyres.
